Jonathan Bloom is the managing partner at Bloom & Freeling, a firm located in Boca Raton, Florida which handles all aspects of Real Estate, Civil Litigation, Contracts and Corporate Law. Jonathan’s clients range from businesses, individuals, financial institutions and more. Jonathan has a reputation of being a strong client advocate, an aggressive litigator, and an exceptional attorney who reaches the right resolution for clients by honing in on the key issues in short order. Jonathan’s clients range from both large and small corporations, wealthy and moderate income individuals, Private and Commercial lenders. Over his 27 years of practicing law, he has represented clients in all areas of real estate and has assisted in excess of seven thousand clients purchase and sell their properties. He is also a licensed Title Insurance Agent with Fidelity Title Insurance Company, where the firm issues title insurance for Lenders, Sellers and Purchasers. In addition, Jonathan represents large commercial lenders both in a corporate capacity and for issuing title insurance. He is known in the community as a strong litigator who will fight for his clients’ rights and is a strong client advocate.
Jonathan graduated from American University, Washington, DC in 1989 with a degree in Business. While at American University Jonathan started Sigma Alpha Mu Fraternity, where he served as Vice President. He also served as Student Counsel President of the entire undergraduate university of over six thousand students. After graduating from American University, he proceeded to Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center where he graduated with his J.D. degree in 1992. He also served as a Member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Directly from Law School, Jonathan was recruited by Rifkin, Radler & Kramer, which was the largest insurance litigation firm at that time with over 200 attorneys.
After working in New York for approximately four years, Jonathan moved to Florida with his family to start his own law firm, which has now grown to become a well known, respected name in the South Florida Community. Jonathan is licensed to practice law in the States of Florida, New York and Connecticut. The Firm maintains an additional office in White Plains, NY. Jonathan is very involved in his community and Jewish organizations. He acted as lead counsel to his temple for many years pro bono. He also is involved in Jewish Adoption Foster Care Options (“JAFCO”) and the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County, PAC Division.
