    Bloom & Freeling has been in business for 25 years. Since 1996, we have been providing our clients with high quality legal services and advice in Florida, New York, District of Columbia and Connecticut. During this time Bloom has represented in excess of seven thousand clients in several different areas of real estate while Freeling assisted in the management of the Construction Litigation Department of ESA’s network of 400 hotels around the United States.
